You know it's a good workout when you cannot even lift your arm to snooze your alarm clock in the morning. Let's just say that Tanner and I got our butts handed to us last night by the CrossFit trainer in Dulles. I was scared to death that I wouldn't find anything as great as Natalie's bootcamp out here and I would just grow exponentially because I am the worst at motivating myself to workout. So, now the goal is to convince Tanner that it is worth being locked into the three-month commitment and to pay the many bucks to prevent his wife from becoming unrecognizable. All joking aside, I really enjoyed being pushed to limit last night. It felt good...and terrible at the same time.
